Hey there, Pollywog!
The first month of 2016 has already passed us by. Can you believe it?
(I’m still in denial, personally. What happened to December? Um… and November?)
I spent most of January working my day job and moving into my new apartment. Since my day job is pet sitting and dog walking, it was more or less fantastic. Lots of long walks, fresh air, and puppy snuggling.
But the moving part? That was a little more complicated.*
Still, by the end of the month most of the hard work was done, and I found myself with the time and energy to start pursuing my interests again. It was a huge relief.

And that, my Pollywog pal, is just about everything I did this month, with duplicates/triplicates removed. But enough about me… now it’s your turn.
What did you do this month that made you proud? Did you take time for your interests, or were you frantically rushing around doing tedious Adulty Things?
Can’t wait to hear from you!
*By more complicated, I actually mean a huge pain in my ass emotionally exhausting and not a happy time for my poor wee muscles. They are so very, very wee.
**R Dog, who is usually a perfect angel, jumped up on the counter and ate my entire bag of dried cherries. After reading conflicting information about whether cherries are poisonous to dogs, I called ASPCA Poison Control. Without stems and pits, they’re safe.

**** When it’s late at night… and you’re tired as all funk… and you’re in your pajamas… and you have crazy Einstein hair. But you really, really want a lime popsicle. So you drive to the store to get some, even though you’re worried about muggers and murderers. And you rationalize… I’ll just get enough for everyone, then. Because that’s the power of a lime popsicle.
